POLYFUNKČNÍ DŮM - LIBEREC

Abstract

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce bolo navrhnúť polyfunkčnú budovu v meste Liberec, konkrétne v oblasti Horní Hanychov, blízko skiareálu. Návrh budovy vychádza z existujúceho urbanistického riešenia tohto miesta. Hlavným zámerom práce bolo vytvoriť budovu, ktorá sa nachádza v priamom susedstve centrálnych verejných priestranstiev a dopravného uzla. Táto práca sa zaoberá architektonickým riešením celej budovy a technickým riešením vybranej časti. Polyfunkčný dom je kategorizovaný ako apartahotel s reštauráciou, kaviarňou, komerčnými jednotkami, wellness centrom a spoločnými garážami v suteréne. V rámci budovy sú navrhnuté byty rôznych veľkostí, OD 1+KK AŽ PO 3+KK. Pri navrhovaní projektu som zohľadňoval všetky možnosti využitia pozemku a architektúry, aby budova poskytovala obyvateľom pohodlie, primerané vybavenie a čo najväčší kontakt s vonkajším prostredím. Dôležitou súčasťou práce bolo tiež zabezpečiť panoramatické výhľady na vrch Ještěd a čo najefektívnejšie osvetlenie bytových jednotiek.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to design a multifunctional building in the city of Liberec, specifically in the area of Horní Hanychov, near the ski resort. The building design is based on the existing urban solution of this location. The main objective of the thesis was to create a building that is situated in close proximity to central public spaces and a transportation hub. This work focuses on the architectural design of the entire building and the technical solution of selected parts. The multifunctional complex is categorized as an apartahotel, featuring a restaurant, café, commercial units, wellness center, and shared underground garages. The building includes apartments of various sizes, ranging from 1+KK to 3+KK. During the project development, all possibilities of land utilization and architectural considerations were taken into account to provide comfort, adequate facilities, and maximum connection with the surrounding environment to the residents. Another important aspect of the thesis was to ensure panoramic views of the Ještěd mountain and the most efficient illumination of the residential units.
