Soubor bytových domů v Praze - Braníku

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je návrh souboru bytových domů s návazností na předdiplomní projekt. Ve kterém jsem se zabívala komplexním návrhem urbanistické studie oblasti kolem areálu bývalých ledáren a řeky Vltavy v Praze 4, Braníku. Následně se v diplomním projektu soustředím na detailnější návrh nově vzniklého souboru bytových domů v blízkosti řeky Vltavy. V této práci je obsažena urbanistická studie daného území, návrh studie bytových domů, půdorys a řez v detailu dokumentace pro stavební povolení, komplexní řez, koncepční řešení TZB, a základní předběžný statický výpočet. Dále práce obsahuje řešení parteru a řešení interiéru bytů. Výsledkem je prostorové a funkční řešení bytového domu a jeho okolí.

The subject of my diploma thesis is to design a group of apartment buildings with a follow-up to the pre-diploma project. In the pre-diploma project, I worked on a comprehensive design of an urban study of the area around the area of ​​the former ice factories and the Vltava River in Prague 4, Braník. Subsequently, in the diploma project, I will focus on a more detailed design of a newly created group of apartment buildings near the Vltava River. This work includes an urban study of the given area, a design study of apartment buildings, a floor plan and a section in detail of the documentation for a building permit, a complex section, a conceptual solution of the TZB, and a basic preliminary static calculation. Furthermore, the work includes the solution of the ground floor and the solution of the interior of the apartments. The result is a spatial and functional solution for the apartment building and his surroundings.
