Abstract

Projekt se zabývá návrhem rezidečního bydlení v Lisabonu, v Portugalsku. Zadání vzniklo díky vypsané soutěži pro studenty. Objekt se inspiruje komunitním bydlením, které se podepisuje jak v interiéru, tak exteriéru. V parteru objektu se nachází komerční jednotky. Cílem práce je zlepšit kvalitu prostředí pro obyvatele městské části Boavista. Náverh je navržen pro lidi, aby podpořil mezilidské vztahy. Cílem je dosáhnout nejefektivnějšího shledávaní a komunikace. Návrh bere v potaz Portugalské teplé klima. Proto je v některých detailech stavby odvážnější, co se tyce tepelné obálky budovy.

The project deals with the design of residential housing in Lisbon, Portugal. The task was created thanks to a competition for students. The building is inspired by community living, which is reflected both in the interior and exterior. There are commercial units on the ground floor of the building. The aim of the work is to improve the quality of the environment for the residents of Boavista. The design is designed for people to promote interpersonal relationships. The goal is to achieve the most efficient search and communication. The design takes into account Portugal's warm climate. Therefore, it is more daring in some details of the construction, as far as the thermal envelope of the building is concerned.
