Loděnice Braník

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je novostavba loděnice v Praze 4 - Braník. Hlavní myšlenkou projektu bylo vytvoření soliterní budovy, která v sobě sjednotí veškeré současné budovy pro vodní sporty v území. Budova je umístěna v bezprostřední blízkosti vodní plochy, aby umožnila snadný vstup a manipulaci s dlouhými veslicemi. Loděnice je zázemím pro kajakářský a veslařský klub s možností ubytování. Část loděnice je otevřena veřejnosti pro posezení u kávy s výhledem na barandovské skály či závodníky na řece. Práce navazuje na urbanistický koncept vypracovaný v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Bylo zádáno řešení území jihozápadního cípu Prahy 4-Braník. Cílem projektu bylo navrhnout tomuto území vizi ve výhledu třiceti let.

The subject of this master’s thesis is the construction of a new boathouse in Prague 4 - Braník. The main idea of the project was to create a solitary building that would unify all the existing facilities for water sports in the area. The building is located in close proximity to the water surface to allow easy access and handling of long rowing boats. The boathouse serves as a facility for a kayaking and rowing club, with accommodation options. A part of the boathouse is open to the public, providing a seating area for enjoying coffee with a view of the Barandov Rocks or observing the athletes on the river. The work builds upon an urban planning concept developed in the pre-diploma project. The assignment involved addressing the development of the southwestern corner of Prague 4 - Braník. The aim of the project was to envision the future of this area for the next thirty years.
