DOSTAVBA MĚSTSKÉHO OBYTNÉHO BLOKU, pRAHA 8 - BOHNICE

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh dostavby městského obytného bloku na Praze 8, který je vymezen v rámci sídliště Bohnice a okolí budoucí stanice tramvajové trati. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout dostavbu a možná řešení obytného bloku, který využije potenciál místa a zároveň vyřeší problémy na sídlišti. V rámci diplomové práce se klade důraz na řešení nájemního bydlení ve třech standardech, kde každý si najde byt podle sebe. Jedním z důležitých aspektů této práce je snaha o propojení různých sociálních skupin, funkcí a navržených hmot do jednoho celku. Diplomová práce také obsahuje způsoby řešení problému s nedostatkem parkovacích ploch, nedostatkem ploch určených k nájemnímu bydleni a ploch aktivního parteru. V neposlední řádě stojí za zmínku, že se návrh zabývá podpořením veřejných prostranstvích a revitalizace stávajících budov a vnitrobloku.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the proposal for the completion of an urban residential block in Prague 8, which is defined within the Bohnice housing estate and the vicinity of the future tram line station. The aim of the work was to propose the completion and possible solution of a residential block that will use the potential of the site and at the same time solve the problems in the housing estate. Within the framework of the diploma thesis, the emphasis is placed on the solution of rental housing in three standards, where everyone can find an apartment according to their taste. One of the important aspects of this work is the effort to connect different social groups, functions and designed materials into one whole. The diploma thesis also contains methods of solving the problem of lack of parking areas, lack of areas intended for rental housing and areas of the active ground floor. Last but not least, it is worth mentioning that the proposal deals with the support of public spaces and the revitalization of existing buildings and the courtyard.
