Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práci je návrh moderního vinářství na jihu Moldavska, ve městě Cahul. Lokalita se nachází v zemědělském území. Součástí vinařství je výrobní areál, sklepy pro skladování vína, dále degustační místnost, vinný sklep a restaurace s venkovní terasou. Hmota stavby vychází z jeho třech funkčních celku a je rozdělená na tři jednotlivé hmoty, které jsou vzajemě prolnuty. Základem objemu je hmota výroby, která vytváří tuhou pevnou konstrukci. Uprostřed je luxisní prosklený apartman s výhledem do vinic pro hosty. Hmota restaurace působí lehce. Sklo je významným materiálem tohoto projektu, který umožňuje proměnit ryze průmyslovou budovu nejen v supermoderní, s panoramatickým prosklením na všech boky, ale také umožňuje každému uvnitř budovy vpustit dovnitř celou modrou oblohu, kopce a blízké vinice, sluneční proudy – jak tyto vinice a víno absorbují sílu tohoto požehnaného místa.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a modern winery in the south of Moldova, in the city of Cahul. The site is located in an agricultural area. The winery includes a production area, cellars for wine storage, a tasting room, a wine cellar and a restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The mass of the building is based on its three functional units and is divided into three separate masses that are intermingled. The basis of the volume is the mass of the production, which creates a rigid, solid structure. In the middle is a luxury glass apartment with a view of the vineyards for guests. The mass of the restaurant seems light. Glass is an important material in this project, which allows to turn a purely industrial building into a super modern one, with panoramic glazing on all sides, but also allows everyone inside the building to let in the whole blue sky, hills and nearby vineyards, solar streams - how these vineyards and wine absorb the power of this blessed place.
