REVITALIZACE HOSPODÁŘSKÝCH OBJEKTŮ ZBOŘENÝ KOSTELEC

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá revitalizací hospodářského areálu a citlivou novou výstavbou, která by lépe doplňovala stávající budovy místo současné novostavby, která se na pozemku nachází. Při návrhu se dbalo na to, aby novostavba a nově vytvořený dvůr se zahradou respektovaly svými proporcemi, hmotovým členěním, měřítkem a materiálovým řešením původní historickou zástavbu venkova. Navrhovaná revitalizace a novostavba by měla místo oživit, využít potenciál starých nevyužívaných objektů, ale také vytvořit nové možnosti občanské vybavenosti s pracovními příležitostmi. V neposlední řadě by měla obnovit zaniklý posázavský klenot původního Jirákova statku v podhradí zříceniny hradu Zbořený Kostelec a vytvořit tak místo, kam se budou návštěvníci rádi vracet nebo na něj vzpomínat.

The thesis deals with the revitalization of the farm area and sensitive new development that would better complement the existing buildings rather than the current new building located on the site. In the design, care was taken to ensure that the new building and the newly created courtyard and garden respected the original historic rural buildings in their proportions, massing, scale and materials. The proposed revitalisation and new building should revitalise the site, use the potential of the old disused buildings, but also create new amenities with employment opportunities. Last but not least, it should restore the defunct Posázaví gem of the original Jirák farmhouse in the foothills of the ruins of Zbořený Kostelec castle, creating a place where visitors will love to return or reminisce.
