Návrh intranetu pre vybranú spoločnosť

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na vytvorenie návrhu tímového webu v SharePointe. V prvej kapitole teoretickej časti je definovaná komunikácia vo všeobecnosti, firemná komunikácia, jej formy a rôzne komunikačné kanály. V druhej kapitole sú vysvetlené pojmy informácie a informačný systém v podniku. Ďalšia kapitola teoretickej časti popisuje internet, extranet, intranet a rozdiel medzi nimi. Posledná kapitola teoretickej časti stručne popisuje spoločnosť Microsoft, jej produkty a bližšie definuje aplikáciu Microsoft SharePoint. Praktická časť bakalárskej práce obsahuje informácie o spoločnosti, pre ktorú je daný intranet vytváraný. Následne je analyzovaný súčasný stav internej komunikácie v podniku. Cieľom tejto práce je vytvorenie návrhu tímového webu, ktorý bude slúžiť na zefektívnenie vnútropodnikovej komunikácie v spoločnosti. Analýza súčasného stavu komunikácie v podniku je vyhodnocovaná na základe dotazníka. Rozhovor s členom vedenia je zameraný na implementáciu intranetu a požiadavky spoločnosti na dizajn a obsah. Výsledkom práce je vytvorený návrh intranetu.

This bachelor's theses focuses on creating a design proposal for a team website on SharePoint. The first chapter of the theoretical part defines communication in general, corporate communication, its forms, and various communication channels. The second chapter explains the concepts of information and information systems in a business. Another chapter of the theoretical part describes the internet, extranet, intranet, and the differences between them. The last chapter of the theoretical part briefly describes the company Microsoft, its products, and defines the application of Microsoft SharePoint in more detail. The practical part of the theses contains information about the company for which the intranet is being created. Subsequently, the current state of internal communication in the company is analysed. The goal of this thesis is to create a design proposal for a team website that will serve to streamline intra-company communication in the company. The analysis of the current state of communication in the company is evaluated based on a questionnaire. An interview with a member of the management is focused on the implementation of the intranet and the company's requirements for design and content. The result of the work is the created design proposal for the intranet.
