Předmětem diplomové práce je optimalizovat přepážky technického rybího přechodu s ohledem na zajištění migrační účinnosti, technickou proveditelnost, ekonomickou efektivitu a provozní požadavky. Pro splnění těchto požadavků byla provedena rozsáhlá rešerše o migračních schopnostech ryb a informací o fragmentovaných částech toku, kde je potřebné migraci zajistit. V rámci výzkumu proběhla za účelem propojení techniky a biologie řada jednání se zástupci Povodí Vltavy, s.p. a členy Komise pro rybí přechody při AOPK ČR, ze kterých vzešly podněty na ověření obecných hypotéz v této problematice. Navržené varianty tyto podněty ověřují pomocí matematických modelů, které budou následně ověřeny na fyzikálním modelu v hydrotechnické laboratoři Fakulty stavební ČVUT v Praze. The subject of the thesis is to optimize the obstacles of a technical fish passage with respect to ensuring migration efficiency, technical feasibility, economic efficiency and operational requirements. In order to meet these requirements, an extensive research on fish migration capabilities and information on fragmented parts of the stream where migration needs to be ensured was carried out. In the framework of the research, a series of meetings were held with representatives of the Povodí Vltavy, s.p. and members of the Commission for Fish Passage at the AOPK ČR to link technology and biology, which resulted in suggestions for testing general hypotheses on this issue. The proposed variants verify these hypotheses by means of mathematical models, which will be subsequently verified on a physical model in the hydrotechnical laboratory of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague.
