Vliv použitého standardu rekonstruovaného podkrovního bytu na kalkulaci nájemného

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí nebytového půdního prostoru na obytný prostor a jeho standardy z pohledů ekonomického i energetického, který následně rozložíme v měsíčním pronájmu v rámci investice. Teoretická část se bude zabývat samotnými částmi stavebních úprav a energetickou rozvahou, kde nadále bude udávat skladby konstrukce zastřešení. V praktické části bude proveden výpočet pro spotřebu vytápění a rozložení daných nákladů v měsíčnímu nájmu. Cílem bakalářské práce je stanovit dobu, po jejímž uplynutí bude investice při daném standardu rentabilní.

This bachelor thesis deals with the reconstruction of a non-residential loft space into a residential space and its standards from the economic and energy perspectives, which we then spread in monthly rent within the investment. The theoretical part will deal with the actual construction parts and the energy balance sheet, where it will continue to indicate the composition of the roof structure. In the practical part, the calculation will be made for the heating consumption and the distribution of the given costs in the monthly rent. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine the time after which the investment will be profitable at a given standard.
