dc.description.abstract | Obsahom tejto práce je skúmanie vplyvov stresu na fyziologické signály u fóbických respondentov. Analyzovali sme účinky dýchania v jednotlivých segmentoch stresovej situácie a určili sme relevantné parametre pre tieto signály, aby sme mohli sledovať stresovú reakciu. Tieto signály sme spracovali v jazyku Matlab a vyhodnotili sme ich v pomocou jazyka R. Porovnali sme jednotlivé parametre dýchania a vytvorili sme model pre predikciu fóbickosti pomocou naivného bayesovho klasifikátora. Pre parametre dýchania Vex, Ain, Kin a Tin/Ttot sme dosiahli úspešnosť klasifikácie nad 70%. Tiež sme určili minimálne a maximálne hodnoty parametrov dýchania pre jednotlivé segmenty a skúmali, či pridanie parametrov EKG a GSR zlepšuje úspešnosť predikcie modelu. Na predikciu sme použili dva modely -- naivného bayseovho klasifikátora a logistickú regresiu. Pre výber najlepších parametrov sme využili funkciu RFE implemenetovanú v R. Pri logistickej regresii sme dosiahli úspešnosť klasifikácie 72,73% pre dva segmenty, pričom najlepšie parametre modelu boli hodnoty parametrov dýchania a EKG. | cze |
dc.description.abstract | In this work, we investigate the stress effects on physiological signals in phobic respondents. We analyzed the effects of breathing in individual segments of the stressful situation and determined the relevant parameters for these signals to monitor the stress response. We processed these signals in the Matlab programming language and evaluated them using the R language. We compared individual breathing parameters and created a model for the prediction of phobia using a naive Bayesian classifier. For the breathing parameters Vex, Ain, Kin, and Tin/Ttot, we achieved a classification accuracy above 70%. We also determined the minimum and maximum values of breathing parameters for individual segments and investigated whether the addition of ECG and GSR parameters improves the model's prediction success. We used two models for prediction -- naive Bayesian classifier and logistic regression. To select the best parameters, we used the RFE function implemented in R. For logistic regression, we achieved a classification accuracy of 72,73% for two segments, with the best model parameters being the values of breathing and EKG parameters. | eng |
