Populační studie reakčního času

Abstract

Předmětem práce je analýza stavu známých druhů reakčních časů, a to jednoduchého reakčního času, rozpoznávacího reakčního času a výběrového reakčního času. V práci jsou také vysvětleny principy fungování nervové soustavy, jež slouží k přenosu informací o stimulech v těle. Dále jsou vyloženy faktory ovlivňující jejich hodnoty, např. stavba těla, pohlaví, věk či intenzita stimulu, což je obsahem teoretické části této bakalářské práce. Cílem práce je vykonat měření reakčního času na reprezentativním vzorku subjektů ve smyslu populačního reakčního času za použití experimentálního zařízení pro tyto účely určeném a následně je praktická část zaměřená na vyhodnocení nasbíraných dat vhodnou statistickou metodou. Celkově byl změřen reakční čas na 555 subjektech během doby devatenácti měsíců. Z měření a porovnání dat s předchozími výzkumy vyplynulo, že faktory zmíněné v teoretické části se od určité míry u testovaného vzorku vyskytují.

The subject of this thesis is to analyze the known types of reaction times, ie simple reaction time, recognition reaction time and choice reaction time. The thesis also covers the principles of how the nervous system works as it conducts the information transfers about stimuli in the human body. Further, the work deals with other factors that influence reaction time values such as body posture, sex, age or the intensity of stimuli, which is the content of the theoretical part of this thesis. The aim of this work is to carry out research on reaction times of a representative sample of the population using an experimental machine suitable for this type of measurement. The following practical part analyzes and draws conclusions from the research. In total, 555 persons partook in the research within nineteen months. The result of this thesis is that the collected data corresponds to a certain extent with the research conducted in the past.
