Simulace vlivu výrobních nepřesností na kinematiku cykloidní převodovky

Abstract

Primárním cílem této práce je zhodnotit vliv zadaných výrobních nepřesností na kinematiku cykloidní převodovky s použitím multibody simulace. Úvod práce obsahuje princip fungování cykloidních převodovek a stručný popis tvorby profilu cykloidních kol. V praktické části práce se nachází popis jednotlivých výrobních nepřesností a dále vyhodnocení jejich vlivu na kinematiku použitého modelu cykloidní převodovky. V závěru práce jsou tyto vlivy shrnuty a porovnány mezi sebou.

The primary goal of this thesis is to evaluate the influence of specified manufacturing inaccuracies on the kinematics of a cycloidal drive using multibody simulation. The introduction contains the principle of operation of cycloidal drives and a brief description of the formation of the profile of cycloidal gears. In the practical part of the thesis there is a description of individual manufacturing inaccuracies and evaluation of their influence on the kinematics of the used cycloidal drive model. At the end of the work, these influences are summarized and compared with each other.
