Main goal of this thesis is an application of the Harmonic Balance Method on the airfoil pitching problema. First, a research of aeroelasticity is done, then the continuum model and numerical apparatus for Navier-Stokes equations are described. Harmonic Balance Method is derivated for the solution of the general transport equation. The last part presents the results of applitacion of the Harmonic Balance Method on periodic phenomenons in form of scalar transport, plane tube and pitching airfoil are presented. The results of pressure and velocity dispersion are compared to the classical non-stationary method.
