Inprocesní identifikace koeficientů řezných sil na stroji MCU 700

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou inprocesní identifikace koeficientů řezných sil. V rešeršní části je popsáno modelování a měření řezných sil. Dále je uveden teoretický rozbor působících sil a momentů na stroji MCU 700, načež navazuje návrh postupu vyhodnocení dat. Pro získání dat je navržen experiment. Data jsou následně vyhodnocena. Zjištěné hodnoty řezných koeficientů jsou verifikovány měřením na stacionárním dynamometru. V závěru jsou diskutovány výhody a nevýhody navržené metody.

Bachelor thesis deals with the inprocess identification of cutting force coefficients. The research part describes the modelling and measuring of cutting forces. Then the theoretical analysis of operating forces and moments on a machine tool MCU 700 is stated, followed by data evaluation procedure. To get the necessary data, an experiment is suggested. Afterwards the data gained from the experiment are evaluated. Detected values of cutting coefficients are verified by measurement on a stationary dynamometer. The advantages and disadvantages of this proposed method are discussed in the conclusion.
