Rešeršní část obsahuje anatomii kosti a kůže, přehled oseointegrovaných amputačních protéz, popis nanoindentace a metod aditivní výroby a popis nedestruktivní zobrazovací metody mikropočítačové tomografie. Experimentální část obsahuje nanoindentační měření, skenování metodou mikropočítačové tomografie a jejich vyhodnocení. This thesis deals with the development of a tight biological interface between human skin and a transcutaneous bone implant. A sealing interface between the skin and the implant would reduce the incidence of infections in amputees with an osseointegrated prosthesis and improve their quality of life. The research part contains the anatomy of bone and skin, an overview of osseointegrated amputation prostheses, a description of nanoindentation and additive manufacturing methods and a description of a non-destructive imaging method microcomputer tomography. The experimental part includes nanoindentation measurements, scanning with the microcomputer tomography method and their evaluation.
