Kryogenní chlazení řezného procesu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá problematikou kryogenního chlazení a jeho vlivů na řezný proces. Úvodní kapitoly teoretické části se věnují mechanice tvorby třísky, tepelným a silovým jevům při obrábění. Pak následuje rozbor řezných prostředí se zaměřením na vybrané metody kryogenního chlazení. Vliv kryogenního chlazení je popsán na konkrétních příkladech a následně porovnán s běžně používanými metodami chlazení. Praktická část obsahuje návrh experimentu, který zkoumá možnosti využití kryogenního chlazení CO2.

This thesis deals with the issue of cryogenic cooling and its effects on the cutting process. The introductory chapters of the theoretical part focus on the mechanism of chip formation, thermal and force phenomenal during machining. Then follows the field of cutting media with a focus on selected methods of cryogenic cooling. The effects of cryogenic cooling are described on specific examples and then compared with commonly used cooling methods. The practical part contains an experimental design that examines the possibilities of using cryogenic CO2 cooling.
