Optimalizace provozu fluidní sušárny

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá fluidní sušení biomasy. V práci je zpracován popis procesu sušení a sušárny vhodné pro biomasu. Další část práce se zabývá problematikou fluidace a je vytvořen výpočtový bilanční model dle zadaného schématu. Součástí je také vyhodnocení provedeného experimentu s dřevní štěpkou a porovnání výsledků s teorií. Závěr práce se zabývá optimalizací provozních parametrů fluidní sušárny a zhodnocuje přínos rekuperace tepla.

This diploma thesis examines fluidized drying of biomass. The thesis describes the drying process and dryer suitable for biomass. The next part of the work deals with the issue od fluidization and computational balance model is created according to the given scheme. It also includes an evaluaiton of the performer experiment with wood chips and a comparison of the results with the teory. The end of the thessis deals with optimalisation of fluid bed dryer operating parametres and evaluates benefits of heat recuperation.
