Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá roubenými stavbami. Cílem je čtenářovi představit jejich historii, konstrukci, materiály, vlastnosti, způsoby provedení, a to jak v minulosti, tak v současnosti. V dalších částech práce je popsána požární odolnost včetně zkoušky a regionální výskyt roubených staveb v České republice a v různých evropských zemích.
 
The topic of this bachelor thesis is log houses. The aim is to introduce the reader to their history, construction, materials, characteristics, methods of implementation, both in the past and in the present. In other parts of the thesis, the fire resistance (including testing) of log houses and regional occurrence in the Czech Republic and in different European countries is described.
