Stavebně technologický projekt - Obytný soubor Arménská Kladno

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je řešení stavebně technologického projektu pro novostavbu bytového domu B obytného souboru Arménská, Kladno. Autor se zabývá prostorovou, technologickou a časovou strukturou výstavby bytového domu, a to od začátku stavby do dokončení nosné konstrukce. Cílem je navržení optimálního časového a technologického postupu stavebních procesů v plynulé časové posloupnosti. Bakalářská práce také řeší návrh zařízení staveniště pro jednotlivé fáze výstavby a posouzení finanční a technologické vhodnosti variant zdvihacích prostředků.

The content of the bachelor’s thesis is the solution of the construction - technological design for the construction of apartment building B in the residential complex Arménská, Kladno. The author deals with the spacial, technological and temporal structure of the construction of the apartment building – from the beginning of construction until the completion of the buildings framework. The goal is to design the optimal temporal and technological construction procedure in a continuous time sequence. The thesis also designs construction sites for different phases of the construction and assesses the financial costs of the use of a tower or mobile crane.
