Stavebně technický průzkum a návrh sanace zemědělské usedlosti

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování stavebně-technického průzkumu zemědělské usedlosti v obci Češov, a to včetně návrhu možných sanačních opatření vybraných poruch. Součástí práce je stručný popis a historie roubené chalupy, chléva a stodoly, podrobná fotodokumentace budov, popis a konstrukční řešení objektů. Na základě měření na místě byla taktéž nově vytvořena výkresová dokumentace. Na základě stavebně-technického průzkumu, odebrání vzorků a jejich laboratorního průzkumu a statického posouzení konstrukcí byly popsány vady a poruchy všech tří objektů. Provedena byla také analýza možných příčin vybraných poruch. Navrhnuté sanační opatření byly schematicky zakresleny a byl rovněž popsán postup jejich provádění.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a structural-technical survey of an agricultural farmstead in the village of Češov, including the proposal of possible remediation measures for selected faults. The thesis includes a brief description and history of the timbered cottage, cowshed and barn, detailed photo documentation of the buildings, description and structural design of the buildings. A new drawing documentation was also created based on the on-site measurements. On the basis of the structural-technical survey, the sampling and laboratory examination and the structural assessment of the structures, the defects and failures of all three buildings were described. An analysis of the possible causes of the selected failures was also carried out. The proposed remedial measures were schematically drawn and the procedure for their implementation was also described.
