Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v obci Býšť, v místech původního mlýna. Potenciál zadané lokality spočívá v Býšťském potoce a přilehlé vzrostlé zelení na jiho-západní části pozemku, členitosti terénu, který je spádován od severovýchodu na jiho-západ a současný objekt s křížovými klenbami. Problematické je naopak fotbalové hřiště přilehlé na severní hranici, které je zdrojem hluku. Z těchto aspektů vychází prefererované umístění stavby v severozápadním rohu parcely. Na tomto místě můžeme napojit nový objekt na původní, s hlavními okny orientovanými na Jih a Západ vytvoříme výhled do vysoké zeleně a na recipient. V tomto místě navrhovaný objekt také vytváří hlukovou bariéru mezi zahradou a fotbalovým hřištěm Vzdálenost domu od hranice pozemku jsou tedy uzpůsobeny snaze využít co největší plochu jeho jižní části pro pobytové účely. Koncept reaguje nejen na tradiční charakter stávajících sousedních vesnických domů, a ale také na původní využití pozemku.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house in the village of Býšť, on the site of the original mill. The potential of the given locality lies in the Býšť brook and the adjacent greenery on the south-western part of the plot, the rugged terrain, which is sloping from the northeast to the south-west, and the current building with cross vaults. On the other hand, the problem is the football field adjacent to the northern border, which is a source of noise. The preferred location of the building in the northwest corner of the plot is based on these aspects. At this point we can connect the new building to the original, with the main windows oriented to the South and West to create a view of the tall greenery and the recipient. The proposed building also creates a noise barrier between the garden and the football field. The distances of the house from the land border are therefore adapted to the effort to use as much of its southern part for residential purposes. The concept responds not only to the traditional character of the existing neighboring village houses, but also to the original use of the land.
