A family house in the village of Černošice for a family of six creates spaces flowing from the rooms into the garden, brings greenery directly into the living areas, and fights the difference between interior and exterior. The building is designed following current trends such as ecological and sustainable operation in a passive standard using renewable resources, user comfort, and modern living requirements as well as respect for the surroundings and existing urban development. The building complements the villa development in the historical part of Černošice. The heart of the four-story house is the living room on the 2nd floor with a kitchen connected to the terrace and swimming pool. The soul of the house is the attic with children‘s rooms and the master bedroom. The solid foundations are then the grandparents‘ studio on the first floor. All views of the users and the whole house is oriented to the beautiful view of the Berounka valley.
