Abstract

Dům stojící v zahradě, zahrada plynoucí domem. Rodinný dům v obci Černošice pro šestičlennou rodinu vytváří prostory plynuje přecházející z místností do zahrady, vnáší zeleň přímo do obývacích prostor a potírá rozdíl mezi interiérem a exteriérem. Objekt je navržen v souladu se současnými trendy, je myšleno na ekologický a udržitelný provoz v pasivním standartu s využitím obnovitelných zdrojů, na uživatelský komfort a moderní nároky na bydlení i respekt k okolí a stávající zástavbě města. Stavba doplňuje vilovou zástavbu v historickém jádru Černošic. Srdcem čtyřpodlažního domu je obývací pokoj v 2.NP s kuchyňským koutem propojeným s terasou a bazénem. Duší domu je podkroví s pokoji a hlavní ložnicí. Pevnými základy poté garsoniéra pro prarodiče v prvním nadzemním podlaží. Všechny pohledy uživatelů i celý dům je orientován krásným výhledem do údolí Berounky.

The building complements the villa development in the historical part of Černošice. The heart of the four-story house is the living room on the 2nd floor with a kitchen connected to the terrace and swimming pool. The soul of the house is the attic with children‘s rooms and the master bedroom. The solid foundations are then the grandparents‘ studio on the first floor. All views of the users and the whole house is oriented to the beautiful view of the Berounka valley.
