Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh vícegeneračního rodinného domu v obci Býšť. Obsahem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření architektonické studie včetně vybraných částí dokumentace ve stupni pro stavební povolení. Hlavním cílem bylo navrhnout moderní novostavbu, která bude zapadat do charakteru okolní vesnické zástavby. Návrh byl ovlivněn také tvarem pozemku, svažitostí terénu a orientací ke světovým stranám. Při návrhu byl brán i ohled na pohodlné užívání domu a důraz byl kladen na vytvoření příjemného soukromého prostředí pro jeho uživatele.

The thesis subject is the design of a multi-generation family house in the village of Býšť. The content of the bachelor's thesis was to create an architectural study, including selected parts of the documentation in the stage for building permission. A modern new building represented the main goal of my work that fits into the character of the village buildings in the countryside. The design has been also affected by the shape of the land, the slope of the terrain, and the orientation to the world sides. I considered the design taking into account the comfortable use of the house and I also emphasized the creation of a pleasant private environment for its users.
