Možnosti mechanických úprav produktů po spalování uhlí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá úpravami vlastností vedlejších energetických produktů. Shrnuje možnosti využití a průmyslového zpracování vedlejších energetických produktů. Seznamuje s produkcí a využitím vedlejších energetických produktů České republice i ve světě. Práce se zabývá mechanickými úpravami popílku a strusky z tepelné elektrárny Tušimice II. Navrhuje metodu úpravy tříděním tak, aby jemnost tříděného popílku a strusky odpovídala jemnosti vzorků upravených mletím. Obsahuje výsledky zkoušek provedených dle platné legislativy, které popisují fyzikální, mechanické a chemické vlastnosti jak samotných vzorků, tak namíchaných směsí s jejich zastoupením. Nakonec se zaměřuje na interpretaci a vyhodnocení výsledků zkoušek a na porovnání výsledků zkoušek na vzorcích popílku a strusky upravených mletím a tříděním na stejné jemnosti. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké úpravy a způsoby úpravy vzorků z Elektrárny Tušimice II je vhodné použít, aby výsledné produkty splňovaly požadavky normy ČSN EN 450-1 a byly použitelné a výhodné pro stavební průmysl.

This bachelor thesis deals with modifications of the properties of energy by-products. It summarizes the possibilities of utilization and industrial processing of energy by-products. It introduces the production and use of energy by-products in the Czech Republic and in the world. Thesis deals with the treatment of fly ash and bottom ash from Tušimice thermal power plant. Proposes a method of treatment by sorting so that the fineness of the sorted ash and bottom ash corresponds to the fineness of the grinded samples. It contains the results of tests performed according to valid legislation, which describe the physical, mechanical and chemical properties of both the samples themselves and the mixed mixtures with their representation. Finally, it focuses on the interpretation and evaluation of test results and on a comparison of test results on samples of fly ash and bottom ash treated by grinding and sorting to the same fineness. The aim of the work is to find out what modifications and methods of treatment of samples from Tušimice power plant are suitable to use so that the resulting products meet the requirements of the ČSN EN 450-1 standard and are applicable and advantageous for the construction industry.
