Žatec - urbanistická studie transformace pravého břehu Ohře

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je urbanistická studie proměny části města Žatec pod historickým centrem s dominancí využití pravého břehu Ohře pro veřejnost. Území je vymezeno sídlištěm Podměstí, Ohří, starým městem a Rooseweltovou třídou. Cílem je především rozvoj vybavenosti, bydlení, rekreace, parkových ploch a veřejných prostranství, při zlepšení průchodnosti území pro chodce. Vybraná část území v oblasti bývalého Okurkového trhu (mezi ulicemi Plzeňská, Ostrov a Žižkova) je předmětem řešení urbanisticko-architektonické studie rozvoje aktivit pod historickým městem. Zejména rámcové řešení dispozice objektů, detailní řešení veřejných prostranství s plným doprovodem zeleně, dlažeb, mobiliáře a technické infrastruktury.

The diploma thesis toppic is an urban design study which deals with a transformation of an area under the old town walls of the town Žatec. The thesis is focused mailny on utilization of the right river bank for the public. The area is defined by residental district Podměstí, the river Ohře, old city center and the Roosewelt street. The main objecives are to develop amenities, housing areas, parks, public areas and improving comfort passage for pedestrians through the whole territory of the focus. Selected part of the area, where an old cucumber market used to be (defined by streets Plzeňská, Ostrov and Žižkova), is a subject of a urban and architectural study which is concerned wtih developement of activities under the old city center. It includes rough floor plans and space plans, detail of public space with all pavings, and street furniture, study a of greenery and public utilities.
