Návrh kulturního domu v obci Rohatec

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení pro kulturní dům v obci Rohatec. Podkladem pro zpracování je architektonická studie. Objekt je zpracován jako pasivní dřevostavba. Úvodní část práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou požadavků, jejíž výstupem jsou konkrétní požadavky, principy a postupy uplatněné při samotném zpracování projektové dokumentace. Součástí této částí je výpočet průměrného součinitele prostupu tepla Uem a roční potřeby tepla na vytápění, dále předběžné řešení požární bezpečnosti. Dále byly zpracovány konstrukční varianty. V další fázi byla zpracována projektová dokumentace. Hlavní část tvoří architektonicko-stavební řešení včetně návrhu skladeb, dále stavebně konstrukční řešení s předběžným návrhem nosných prvků. Součástí je také technika prostředí staveb, v rámci které byl zpracován koncept systémů TZB a návrh vzduchotechniky.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a building permit for a house of culture in the village of Rohatec. The basis for processing is an architectural study. The building is processed as a passive wooden building. The introductory part of the thesis deals with a comprehensive requirements analysis. The output is specific requirements, principles and procedures applied in the processing of project documentation. This part of the thesis contains the calculation of the average heat transfer coefficient Uem and the annual heat demand for heating, as well as a preliminary solution of fire safety. Furthermore, design variants were processed. The next phase is devoted to the processing of project documentation. The main part consists of architectural and construction solutions, including the design of structures, as well as construction design solutions with preliminary design of load-bearing elements. It also includes the technology of the building environment, within which the concept of HVAC systems and the design of air conditioning were developed.
