Dřevostavba pasivního bytového domu v Dobřichovicích

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexním shrnutím technických požadavků na návrh dřevostavby sloužící jako bytový dům se dvěma obchodními prostory v přízemí a podzemním parkovištěm v suterénu. Dále je zpracována projektová dokumentace na úrovní stavebního povolení (DSP). Podkladem pro zpracování bakalářské práce sloužila nepříliš podrobně zpracovaná architektonická studie, která obsahuje pouze schématické návrhy. V rámci projekční části byly navrženy dispozice, kromě té dostupné z 2.NP. V první části je vypracována analýza objektu, která určuje finální podobu řešení objektu jako celku. Jedná se o dřevostavbu v pasivním standartu, proto jsou kladeny nároky hlavně na nízkou energetickou náročnost a požární bezpečnost stavby. Ve druhé části je dle požadavků zpracována projektová dokumentace, která se zabývá hlavně architektonicko-stavebním řešením a stavebně konstrukční řešení. V rámci práce není řešeno PBŘ a v rámci techniky prostředí staveb je řešeno pouze schématické vedení TZB a předběžný návrh VZT.

This bachelor thesis deals with a comprehensive summary of the technical requirements for the design of a wooden building serving as an apartment building with two commercial spaces on the ground floor and an underground parking lot in the basement. Furthermore, the design documentation at the level of building permit is prepared. The basis for the preparation of the bachelor thesis was a not very detailed architectural study, which contains only schematic designs. Within the design part, the layouts were designed, except for the one of the 2nd floor. In the first part, an analysis of the building is developed, which determines the final form of the design of the building as a whole. It is a wooden building in passive standard, therefore the requirements are mainly on low energy consumption and fire safety of the building. In the second part, according to the requirements, the project documentation is elaborated, which deals mainly with the architectural and structural design. The work does not deal with the fire safety solution and only the schematic technical equipment wiring and the preliminary design of the air ducts system are dealt with within the building environment technology.
