Výběr lešení

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je srovnání dvou typů fasádních lešení, a to hlavně z hlediska pracnosti, ekonomičnosti, BOZP při provádění obou typů lešení. Práce je členěna do 5 částí. V první části budou uvedeny obecné normy zabývající se lešením, dále všechny obecné informace ohledně návrhu lešení, materiálu lešení a odbornosti pracovníků provádějících lešenářské práce. Druhá a třetí část se zabývají podrobným popisem obou typů vybraných fasádních lešení, tedy Peri UP 72T a Layher Blitz. Bude se týkat popisu dílců, BOZP při provádění lešení a technologického postupu. Ve čtvrté části se práce bude věnovat srovnání obou typů lešení, a to z pohledu jednotlivých technologických postupů, váhy dílců, ekonomičnosti lešení, variability s dalším typem lešení, doplňkových dílců, tuhosti a únosnosti rámů a celého lešení. V poslední, páté části, se práce bude zabývat analýzou chyb při provádění lešení a jejich vlivem na konstrukci a užívání lešení.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is comparison between two types of facade scaffolding, mainly from perspektive of laboriousness, economy, OSH (Occupational safety and health). The thesis is devided to five parts. In first part will be introduced basic standarts of scaffolding and than will be introduced basic informations about drawing scaffolding, material of scaffolding and expertise of workers. Second a third part will deal with detailed description of both scaffolding types, these are Peri UP 72T and Layher Blitz. Description will contain descripton of parts of scaffolding, OSH and technological process. In fourth part this thesis will deal with comparison between Peri and Layher scaffolding from perspective of technological processes, weight of part, economyn variability with another type of scaffolding, supplementary parts, toughness and bearing capacity of frames an whole construction of scaffolding. In the last part this thesis will analise mistakes during building scaffolding and the thesis will also deal with influence of mistakes to scaffolding and using scaffolding.
