Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem návrhu je rodinný dům v pražských Lipencích. Tato městská část se vyskytuje v jižním výběžku Prahy, západně od Zbraslavi. Samotné Lipence jsou ze západní strany ohraničeny nivou řeky Berounky. Z vybraného pozemku je krásný severní výhled na radotínské kopce v dálce. Jižní výhled směrem do svahu nabízí pohled do lesa. Motivem navržené koncepce rodinného domu je kombinace dvou jednoduchých archetypálních hmot s moderním pavilonem s plochou střechou. Tyto tři hlavní hmoty jsou vydefinovány funkčním rozdělením společenské části, soukromé části dětí a soukromé části rodičů. Objekty se linou podélně po pozemkou takovým způsobem, aby vznikla také oddělená společenská část zahrady a intimní relaxační soukromá zahrada. Výsledným dominantním principem je pohyb komunikacemi směrem od společenského obytného prostoru do stále intimnější a intimnější zóny domu, za neustálého kontaktu se zahradou a možností přímého vstupu do zeleně, jež adekvátně mění svůj charakter. Aby vznikl dojem jednopodlažního objektu, suterén s garáží je předsazen a opticky odseknut od hlavního obytného podlaží zelenou střechou s intenzivním porostem. Estetické pojetí hmot má za cíl jednoduché a čisté linie, výrazným prvkem, který propojuje kontrastní hmotová pojetí, jsou velká francouzská okna, v jižní části fasády jsou to také posuvné velkoformátové dřevěné okenice s praktickým využitím. Tíženým dojmem z domu je útulné bydlení s mnoha jedinečnými zákoutími.

The focus of my bachelor studio project is a design of a family house located in Lipence. Lipence district is a very south municipal part of Prague, situated on the west side of Zbraslav. Lipence area is vastly border by the valley of river Berounka from the west side. There are very nice views from the assigned plot. In the north direction green Radotín hills can be observed in the far distance and in the south side there is a forest within walking distance up the hill. The concept of my design is a combination of two archetypal houses with a flat roofed modern pavilion. These three main structures are defined by a functional division of a family life into three spheres - social life, private parts for the children and private parts for the parents. The house sort of envelops itself in such way that there are representative and common and private parts of the garden defined as well. The dominant principle applied to create a floor plan was the idea of moving within a space from common parts to the more and more private parts while being in touch with the garden all the time, being able to step directly at any point into the green space that changes its character appropriately. To ensure the impression of a single floor house, a basement is shifted outwards and optically detached from the main floor. Basement´s green roof acts as an extended garden. The aesthetics of the house is based on simple and clear lines and shapes. The motive that connects contrasting volumes is a design of large french windows, on the south facade complemented by large wooden shutters with practical use. The overall goal was to create a cozy living space with lot of unique nooks.
