Projekt hotelu s bazénem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací k novostavbě hotelu. Nachází se v obci Čeladná k.ú. Čeladná. Z jihozápadní strany stavební pozemek lemuje golfové hřiště a ze severovýchodní strany je stávají golfový rezort (restaurace, jízdárna, stáje, golf Club). Objekt má své vlastní wellness, ve kterém najdeme saunu, klidovou zónu, masážní místnost a bazén. Resort dále klientům nabízí parkovací místa v podzemních garážích. V prvním podzemním podlaží se nachází garáže, se sklepními kójemi a recepcí. Hlavní vstup je umístěn na severovýchodní straně budovy, vjezd do garáže je ze severozápadní strany objektu. Wellness je o půl patra výše oproti prvnímu podzemnímu podlaží. Ve zbylých patech (1.NP-3.NP) jsou byty a hotelové pokoje. 3.NP je ustupující oproti patrům níže. Celkem je v objektu 32 bytů 24 hotelových pokojí.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the project documentation for a new hotel building. The hotel is located in the village Čeladná (cadastral territory Čeladná). On the south-western side of the building plot is a golf course and on the north-eastern side is a golf resort (restaurant, riding hall, stables, golf club). The property has its own wellness area, which includes a sauna, a relaxation area, a massage room and a swimming pool. The resort also offers clients parking spaces in underground garages. On the first underground floor are situated garages, cellar cubicles and reception. The main entrance is located on the north-east side of the building, and the entrance to the garage is on the north-west side of the building. The wellness area is half a floor above the first underground floor. In the remaining floors (1st floor - 3rd floor) are flats and hotel rooms. The 3rd floor is set back from the floors below. In total, there are 32 flats and 24 hotel rooms in the building.
