Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce je rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, jež má navíc obsahovat bytovou jednotku, která může sloužit prarodičům, jako startovací byt pro starší z dětí, nebo pro kohokoli z rodiny. Pozemek je umístěn na Střížkově mezi starou zástavbou s vesnickým charakterem, která je z okolních stran obklopena novodobými stavbami. Parcela je v mírném svahu a je přístupná ze severu, což určuje orientaci domu na jih, jihozápad a severovýchod. V ulici není jasně definovaná uliční čára a orientace zástavby. Parter domu utváří jak poloveřejný prostor formou "dvorku", tak prostor soukromý, dělený na společenskou a klidovou část. Do klidné zahrady je rovněž orientovaný ateliér investorky, která jakožto grafička a ilustrátorka většinu času pracuje z domova. Lokalita je dobře dostupná, v blízkosti se nachází autobusová zastávka Teplická a stanice metra Střížkov. Koncept reaguje jak na tradiční charakter současné zástavby a na orientaci a reliéf pozemku, tak na veškeré potřeby současného bydlení a požadavky investorů.

The assignment of the bachelor's thesis is a family house for a family of four, which should also contain a housing unit that can serve grandparents, as a starting apartment for older children or for anyone in the family. The land is located in Střížkov among old buildings with a village character, which is surrounded by modern buildings. The plot is on a slight slope and is accessible from the north, which determines the orientation of the house to the south, southwest and northeast. The street line and the orientation of the development are not clearly defined. The ground floor of the house forms both a semi-public space in the form of a "backyard" and a private space, divided into a social and a quiet part. The investor's studio, who works from home as a graphic designer and illustrator, is also faced towards the quiet garden. The location is easily accessible, the Teplická bus stop and the Střížkov metro station are nearby. The concept responds to the traditional character of the current built-up area and the orientation and relief of the land, as well as to all the needs of current housing and the requirements of investors.
