Revitalizace sídliště Blanice Týn nad Vltavou

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je návrh revitalizácie sídliska Blanice v meste Týn nad Vltavou. Na sídlisku sa v súčasnosti nachádza staršia výstavba ubytovacieho zariadenia v podobe panelovej výstavby. Mesto má v pláne tieto bytové domy revitalizovať alebo nahradiť. Ja som zvolila cestu nahradenia panelových domov novou terasovou bytovou zástavbou. Zmena parteru a pridanie polyfunkcie bytovým domom túto štvrť oživí a zlepší kvalitu života na sídlisku Blanice. Významným faktorom pri navrhovaní bol pre mňa svahovitý terén a urbanistická štúdia, prečo som sa rozhodla pre bytové domy s ustupujúcimi podlažiami, vytvárajúce tak priestranné terasy a atraktívne výhľady na staré mesto.

The aim of diploma thesis is a proposal for the revitalization of the Blanice housing estate in the town of Týn nad Vltavou. The housing estate currently houses an older construction of accomodation in the form panel construction. The city plans to revitalize or replace these apartment buildings. I chose the way of replacing them with new terraced housing. Changing the ground floor and adding multifunctional apartment buildings will enliven this neighborhood and improve quality of life in the Blanice housing estate. An important factor in my design was sloping terrain and urban study, why I decided for apartment builfings with retreating floors, creating spacious terraces and attractive views of the old town.
