Revitalizace zámeckého areálu Týn nad Vltavou

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá revitalizací zámeckého areálu Týn nad Vltavou, jehož městskou dominantou je pozdně barokní zámek Týn nad Vltavou z konce 17. století, v severní části náměstí Míru. Zámek je v severní části doplněn skupinou, ne tak významných, novodobějších budov, které nicméně vymezují svým postavením vnitřní prostor svažitého dvora, jenž spadá pod památkovou ochranu. Cílem projektu je oživení tohoto prostoru a navržení objektu vhodné funkce vzhledem k prostředí areálu. Předmětem projektu je tedy navržení nového objektu kulturního centra s kavárnou, multifunkčním sálem a podzemním depozitářem, na místě původního objektu bývalé hasičské zbrojnice. Objekt působící novodobým dojmem, ale respektující původní tvar bývalého objektu a návaznost, vůči sousednímu objektu umělecké školy a okolní zástavbě. Svým výškovým členěním, vstupního podlaží ve svažitém terénu, pozvolna navazuje nejen na prostor hlavního nádvoří, ale také na prostor malého nádvoří společného s objektem zámku. Jedním z cílů této práce je propojit bezbariérově prostor nejen depozitáře nového objektu s muzejními prostory zámku a nově navrženou knihovnou v půdním prostoru krovu zámku, ale také vytvoření nové přístupové cesty, tak aby nebyla přímo narušena pohledová kvalita zámku. Důležitým prvkem je tedy nový k zámku přiléhající schodišťový prostor skleněného skeletu. Návrh navazuje na předdiplomní projekt ve fázi urbanistické studie, zabývající se možným propojením a revitalizací veřejných prostorů zámeckého areálu s náměstím Míru a územím sídliště Blanice.

The diploma thesis deals with the revitalization of the Týn nad Vltavou chateau complex, whose town landmark is the late Baroque Týn nad Vltavou chateau from the end of the 17th century, in the northern part of náměstí Míru. The castle is complemented in the northern part by a group of not so important, more modern buildings, which, however, define the interior of the sloping courtyard, which falls under the protection of monuments. The aim of the project is to revitalize this space and design a building with a suitable function with respect to the environment of the complex. The subject of the project is therefore the design of a new cultural center building with a coffee shop, a multifunctional hall and an underground depository, on the site of the original building of the former fire station. An object that gives a modern impression, but respects the original shape of the former building and the connection to the neighboring building of the art school and the surrounding buildings. With its height division, the entrance floor in the sloping terrain, it gradually connects not only to the area of ​​the main courtyard, but also to the area of ​​a small courtyard common with the object of the castle. One of the goals of this work is to connect the barrier-free space not only of the depository of the new building with the museum premises of the chateau and the newly designed library in the attic of the castle truss, but also to create a new access road so that it is not directly the visual quality of the castle is disturbed. An important element is therefore the new staircase of the glass skeleton adjacent to the castle. The proposal follows on the undergraduate project in the phase of the urban study, which deals with the possible interconnection and revitalization of the public spaces of the chateau complex with Náměstí Míru and the territory of the Blanice housing estate.
