Abstract

Domov seniorů se nachází v bývalém průmyslovém areálu Humpolec, který je obklopen hustými lesy a vedle se nachází jezer , to všechno vytvoří příznivou atmosféru pro starší lidi . Obnova areálu zahrnovala rekonstrukci hlavní budovy, demolici nevyužívaných budov a skladů, na místě kterých vznikla novostavba. Budova se skládá ze tří podlaží a má dvě křídla s různým účelem. Celkově má budova 59 pokojů: 42 jednolůžkových a 17 dvoulůžkových. Domov seniorů byl vytvořen především pro péči o starší lidé, proto je v každém patře umístěna ošetřovna a léčebny, dále mnoho rekreačních místností, jako je knihovna a minikino, odpočívárny pro setkávání s příbuznými či jiné obyvatelé pečovatelského centra. Budova dokonale zapadne do přírodního kontextu a vytvoří novou atmosféru pohodlí a oživení.

The renovation of the complex included the reconstruction of the main building, the demolition of disused buildings and warehouses, on the site of which a new building was erected. The building consists of three floors and has two wings with different purposes. The building has a total of 59 rooms: 42 singles and 17 doubles. The home for the elderly was created primarily for the care of the elderly, so there is an infirmary and treatment center on each floor, as well as many recreational rooms, such as a library and a mini cinema, rest areas for meeting relatives or other residents of the care center. The building fits perfectly into the natural context and creates a new atmosphere of comfort and revitalization
