Sirnaté lázně - Ostrožská Nová Ves

Abstract

Navrhovaná prístavba sa nachádza v kúpeľnom areály lesoparku na okraji mesta Ostrožská Nová Ves. Objekt je v súlade s územnou dokumentáciou – spôsob využitia - kúpeľný areál. Katastrálne územie Ostrožská Nová Ves spadá pod záplavové územie a aktívnu zónu rieky Olšava. Hladina podzemnej vody na nachádza v hĺbke 2,5 metra pod povrchom terénu (viď. D2.T9). Pozemok nespadá pod žiadne ochranné pásmo. Pred zahájením stavby je potrebné odstrániť stávajúce dreviny v rámci hrubých terénnych úprav. Objekt je sprístupnený ulicou Kunovská z juhu. Napojenie na technickú infraštruktúru je umiestnené na severnej strane objektu.

The proposed extension is located in the spa area of the forest park on the outskirts of Ostrožská Nová Ves. The building is in accordance with the territorial documentation - method of use - spa area. The cadastral area of Ostrožská Nová Ves falls under the floodplain and the active zone of the Olšava River. The groundwater level is located at a depth of 2.5 meters below the ground surface (see D2.T9). The land does not fall under any protection zone. Before starting construction, it is necessary to remove the existing trees as part of rough landscaping. The building is accessible by Kunovská street from the south. The connection to the technical infrastructure is located on the north side of the building.
