Polyfunkční dům, U Lužického semináře, Praha - Malá Strana

Abstract

Hlavním cílem projektu je nabídnout kvalitní plnohodnotné bydleni s bohatou občanskou vybavenosti v centru Prahy. Objekt je situován na Male Straně na pozemku ve tvaru trojúhelníku, který je sevřen ze všech stran komunikaci pro automobily s nízkou intenzitou dopravy. Samostatně stojící objekt tak bude tvořit dominantu dočasného malého náměstí, které je obklopeno historickými třípodlažními domy a vysokou stěnou oddělující Vojanovy sady od okolí. Objekt je navržen třípodlažní s podkrovím a podzemními garážemi.

The main goal of the project is to offer quality full-fledged housing with rich civic amenities in the center of Prague. The building is situated in Malá Strana on a plot in the shape of a triangle, which is closed on all sides of the road for cars with low traffic. The detached building will thus form the dominant feature of a temporary small square, which is surrounded by historic three-storey houses and a high wall separating Vojanovy sady from the surroundings. The building is designed three-storey with an attic and underground garages.
