Zavedení služby same day delivery pro společnost Nespresso

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh, realizace a zhodnocení nové doručovací služby vytvořené pro společnost Nestlé s. r. o., divize Nespresso. V práci je provedena analýza současně dostupných doručovacích služeb na českém trhu a na základě zkušeností ze zahraničních trhů vytvořen návrh služby. Následuje představení procesů nutných pro spuštění a provoz služby a detailní popis celého logistického řetězce včetně identifikace slabých míst a ekonomického zhodnocení. V závěru se práce věnuje zhodnocení pilotního provozu služby a navržení budoucího rozvoje.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design, implementation and evaluation of a new delivery service created for the company Nestlé s. r. o., division Nespresso. The thesis analyzes the currently available delivery services on the Czech market and, based on experience from foreign markets, creates a service proposal. The following is an introduction to the processes necessary for the start-up and operation of the service and a detailed description of the entire logistics chain, including the identification of weaknesses and economic evaluation. In conclusion, the work deals with the evaluation of the pilot operation of the service and the design of future development.
