V práci sú najprv teoreticky popísané metódy stanovenia obohatenia uránu, konkrétne ide o metódu gama spektrometrie a o metódu využívajúcu DD generátor neutrónov a detekciu oneskorených neutrónov. This thesis firstly deals with the methods determining uranium enrichment, particularly the gamma spectrometry method and the method utilizing DD neutron generator and detection of delayed neutrons. Next, the experiments with the DD neutron generator are described as well as the necessary equipment. Then, the simulations of the experiments in Serpent2 code are described. The thesis also includes a description of the gamma spectrometric experiment and HPGe detector. Finally, the studied experimental methods are discussed.
