Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské prace je návrh rodinného domu součastí kterého bude komerční jednotka v oblasti Praha-Dubeč. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie. Součástí zadaníbylo také zpracování vybrané technické dokumentace na úrovni stavebního povolení. Návrh domu vychází z kontextu tradiční vesnické zástavby. Hmotově se dům snaží přiblížit vesnickému stavení, rozdělením na dvě hmoty s odlišnou funkcí. Větší hmota je obytnou částí pro investora - manželský pár s dvěma dětmi. Menší hmota je částí hospodářskou, patřící investorům a sloužicí jako malý květinový obchod s veřejným přistupem. Objekt je natočen skoro přesně na svetové strany a dispozičně umožňuje rozdělení a společenskou a soukromou části.

The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is the design of a family house which will include a commercial unit in the Prague-Dubeč area. The aim of the work was to create a project within the scope of an architectural study. The assignment also included the processing of selected technical documentation at the level of the building permit. The design of the house is based on the context of traditional village development. Materially, the house tries to approach the village building, by dividing it into two masses with different functions. Larger mass is a living area for the investor - a married couple with two children. The smaller mass is an economic part, belonging to investors and serving as a small flower shop with public access. The building is shot almost exactly on the sides of the world and its layout allows for division and social and private parts.
