The Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the modeling of loop trajectories during the Large Loop Excision of the Transformation Zone in Rhinoceros SW. The aim is to create software models of trajectories, which would match the real ones and also trajectories, which would be optimised. The first models will also form models of tissue samples (specimen), which will be very close to the real specimen. The second models will form models of tissue samples, which will be approaching the ideal ones, but still can be realized. Attention is also paid to the simple operating field simulator, which enables simulating movements as trajectories with a loop model. These movements will be recorded on video and then reconstructed. Simulating movements with a loop model will be also realized in eligible material. SW models of realistic trajectories and specimens are very similar to the real ones. SW models of optimised trajectories and specimens correspond with ideas of their form. Simulating movements with a loop model in eligible material created models of tissue samples, which match the real ones. The two created simulators enabled the simulations of loop model movements. The reconstructed trajectories from the first simulator are quite similar to the real ones, with small divergences, and the reconstructed trajectories from the second simulator are similar to the real ones. Based on our experimentation and end results, the recording and reconstruction of the loop movements must be slightly improved and a new simulator should be created, one that is more universal and has adjustable difficulty.eng
