Namerané dáta boli štatisticky spracované a výsledky následne porovnané medzi sebou. Blood pressure measurement is one of the most commonly used diagnostic methods in medical practice. The results of the measurement indicate not only the hemodynamic but also the mental state of a person. The accuracy of the measured values obtained is very important for the correct diagnosis and selection of the appropriate treatment. This work is focused on the analysis of the accuracy and repeatability of measurements of non-invasive tonometers using the oscillometric method of blood pressure measurement. The measurement was performed on 50 probands at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, using three tonometers using the oscillometric method and two tonometers using the auscultation method of measuring blood pressure. The accuracy of individual tonometers was tested for the possibility of comparing their accuracy and the influence of the size of the cuff used on the measurement result was determined. The measured data were statistically processed and the results were subsequently compared with each other.
