Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řešení rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu v pražské části Lipence. Práce obsahuje architektonickou studii a stavebně technickou část. Zadaná parcela se nachází v blízkosti lesů a nabízí výhled na panorama Prahy. Pozemek je svažitý a stoupá směrem k jihu. Návrh domu vychází z orientace pozemku ke světovým stranám, charakteru terénu, pozitiv (výhledy, blízkost přírody) a negativ (hluk od dálnice) dané lokality. Jednou z hlavních myšlenek koncepčního návrhu je vytvořit dům, který působí klidným dojmem směrem od ulice a otevírá se na jižní stranu směrem do přírody.

This bachelor‘s thesis focuses on designing a family house for a family of four in the Prague part of Lipence. The work contains an architectural study and construction-technical part. The given building plot is located near the forest and offers a view of the Prague skyline. The land is sloping and rises to the south. The design of the house is based on the orientation of the land to the world sizes and the nature of the terrain. It also considers the positives (views, proximity to nature) and negatives (noise from the highway) of the site. One of the major ideas of the conceptual design is to create a house that gives a calm impression from the street and opens to the south side towards nature.
