Rodinný dům

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům ve formě studie a částečně stavebně- technického řešení objektu. Stavební parcela se nachází v pražské vilové čtvrti - Hanspaulka. Zadáním investorů bylo navrhnout rodinný dům se třemi byty, který bude sloužit potřebám investorů, rodičům investorů a nájemcům. Rodinný dům je navržen tak, aby uspokojil zájmy těchto skupin, a nijak neovlivnil stávající zástavbu, která je velmi hodnotná. Pozemek je rozlehlý a mírně svažitý, a tak se zde podařilo vytvořit objekt, který je velmi dobře přístupný ze zahrady i z ulice, a zároveň nabízí výhled na pražské údolí. Stavba domu je navrhnuta v mírném příklonu k funkcionalismu stávajících budov, se smyslem pro jednoduchost, eleganci a s jasně danou pravidelností. K navrženému rodinnému domu přiléhá rozlehlá zahrada, která spojuje rekreaci s užitnou hodnotou zahrady. V interiéru najdeme, pak několik os spojující interiér s exteriérem tvořící harmonické propojení těchto dvou světů.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a family house in schematic design and also structural and physical aspects of designing. The building site is located in Prague´s villa quarter – Hanspaulka. The assignment given by the investors was to design a family house with three apartments that would be used by investors, investors´ parents and tenants. The house is designed to meet everyone´s needs and at the same time not to disturb the existing built-up area, which is valuable. The estate is extensive and mildly sloping therefore the building is well accessible from the garden and as well from the street. It also provides view of the valley. The building inclines to the functional style of the neighbouring buildings. The main features are simplicity, elegance, and regularity. The house is adjacent to the spacious garden which unites recreational function with use value of the garden. In the interior we find, several axes connecting the interior with the exterior, creating a harmonious connection of these two worlds.
