Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh vícegeneračního rodinného domu. Parcela pro návrh se nachází v historické části obce Jevany nedaleko Prahy. Obsahem bakalářské práce je vypracovat architektonickou studii a danou část projektu zpracovat ve stupni pro stavební povolení. Pozemek je umístěn v mírně svažitém terénu. V obci jsou typické vesnické domy. Charakteristickými znaky je jejich tvar střechy, umístění na pozemku a výrazné podélné půdorysy. Hlavní myšlenkou projektu bylo navrhnout objekt, který bude respektovat tyto znaky a dotvoří tak zástavbu v historické části obce. Bude ctít soukromí rodiny, ale zároveň bude komunikovat s veřejným prostorem. Dům tedy bude nabízet svým uživatelům příjemné bydlení v krásné lokalitě.

The subject of this bachelor project is to design a multigenerational family house. The site for the proposal is located in a historical part of a village Jevany, located near Prague. The purpose of this bachelor project is to develop an architectural study and process the specific part of the project in a degree for a building permit. The land is located in a slightly sloping terrain. There are typical village houses located here. The characteristics are their roof shape, location within the land and distinctive longitudinal floor plans. The main idea for this project was to design a building that would respect these characteristics and completes the development of the village. It will honor the family’s privacy but at the same time it will communicate with the public space. The house will therefore offer pleasant housing in a nice location for its occupants.
