Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v obci Lipence. Cílem bylo vytvoření architektonické studie včetně vybraných částí dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Důležitou roli při návrhu hrály výhledy na Prahu a okolí, ale také svažitost pozemku či orientace ke světovým stranám. Ohled byl brán i na pohodlné užívání domu, proto je oddělena klidová, společenská a technická část. Srdce domu tvoří jídelna se zimní zahradou, která všechny části propojuje a zároveň umožňuje nerušený výhled ze zahrady.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design family house in the town of Lipenec. The assignment was to create an architectural study, including certain parts from the documentation for a building construction. Important aspects of the design process were both views overlooking Prague, the slope of the plot and the orientation towards the north. Also the comfort of residents was considered, therefor quiet, social and practical zones are separated from each other. The heart of house represents the dining room with the winter garden. It connects the whole house into one and offers peacefull views into the garden.
