Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu, v obci Lipence. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie. Součástí zadaní bylo také zpracování vybrané technické dokumentace na úrovni stavebního povolení. Pozemek navrhované stavby se nachází na jihu Prahy. Návrh domu vychází z kontextu tradiční, vesnické zástavby a možnosti využití výhledů směrem na Prahu a do údolí řeky Berounky. Hmotově je dům rozdělen na hlavní blok se sedlovou střecho a kolmé křídlo s plochou střechou. Obě hmoty jsou odděleny i materiálově, hlavní hmota je obložena sklocementovými deskami, druhé hmotě dominuje dřevěný obklad. Dům je navržen pro manželský pár se dvěma dětmi školního věku. V návrhu byl kladen důraz na propojení interiéru s exteriérem, čehož je docíleno velkými portálovými okny na jihu a zápdě objektu a velkým rohovým oknem, ze kterého je možný výhled na panorama Prahy.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house in the village of Lipence. The aim of the work was to create a project within the scope of an architectural study. Part of the assignment was also the processing of selected technical documentation at the level of the building permit. The land of the proposed building is located in the south of Prague. The design of the house is based on the context of traditional, rural development and the possibility of using the views towards Prague and the valley of the river Berounka. Materially, the house is divided into a main block with a gabled roof and a vertical wing with a flat roof. Both materials are also separated materially, the main material is lined with glass-cement boards, the second mass is dominated by wood cladding. The house is designed for a married couple with two school-age children. The design emphasized the connection of the interior with the exterior, which is achieved by large portal windows on the south and back of the building and a large corner window from which a view of the Prague skyline is possible.
