Rodinný dům

Abstract

V našej bakalárskej práci sme sa zamerali na vytvorenie návrhu a pojednanie parcely v hlavnom meste Praha v mestskej časti Vršovice. Vybraná lokalita sa nachádza v tichom prostredí, kde sa nachádzajú viaceré športové možnosti aj pre náročnejšieho obyvateľa. Rozlieha sa tu športový areál Slavia Praha a z južnej strany je plánovaná výstavba cyklotrasy, ktorá spája Vršovice-Strašnice po premenení železničnej trati, čím automaticky lokalita naberá na atraktivite. Rovnako k tomu prispieva aj výhľad na mesto z vyššej úrovne pozemku. V susedstve je množstvo rodinných domov, viladomov ale najmä dvojdomov. Tým bola jasná predstava o hmotách a ich usadení na pozemku. Výsledkom sú dva rodinné domy, ktoré môžu byť prepojené, no taktiež môžu fungovať samostatne. Severná časť objektov komunikuje s ulicou Pod Altánem pomocou svojho suterénu a tvorí podstavu (podnož) pre rodinné domy. Vďaka danej podstave sa nachádzajú objekty vyššie a z bytových jednotiek je tak možný vstup priamo do jednotlivých záhrad, ktoré svažitosťou pozemku získali súkromie.

In this bachelor project we have focused on creating a proposal and parcel treatment in the capital city Prague, city district Vršovice. The chosen location is located in a quiet environment, where there are several options for sports even for a more demanding inhabitant. The sport area Slavia Prague is spread out in this area and there is a planned construction of a bike path, that connects Vršovice-Strašnice after the construction of the railway. This will make the location automatically more attractive. The view of the city from a higher level of the land also adds to the attractiveness. There are many family houses and villas but mainly semi-detached houses in the neighbourhood. This gave a clear vision of the materials and their settlement on the land. The result are two family houses that can be connected but also work separately. The north part of the buildings works well together with the street Pod Altánem thanks to its basement and creates the base of the family houses. Thanks to this base, the buildings are located higher which makes it possible to enter individual gardens, which have gained more privacy due to the slope of the land.
