Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Řešená parcela se nachází v Praze 6, v ulici V Šáreckém údolí. Pozemek je svažitý, jižní částí orientován k místní komunikaci. Tvar navrženého objektu respektuje sklon terénu. Dům je na pohled z ulice nenápadný, ale směrem k severu se rozvíjí ve větší hmotu a poskytuje rodině dostatek prostoru nejen pro bydlení, ale také pro pracovní aktivity. Vstupní podlaží objektu je zařízeno především jako ložnice rodičů a zázemí pro hosty. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je řešeno jako zázemí dětí. První podzemní podlaží je rozděleno na společenskou a technickou část. Hlavní obytný prostor je propojen s terasou a umožňuje výhled do zeleně a k Šáreckému potoku.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is design of a four-member family house. The plot is located in Prague 6, V Šáreckém údolí Street.The land is on a slope with southern orientation in the direction of the local road. The shape of the designed object respects the slope. The house looks unobtrusive from the street but from the north side it grows into a larger structure and provides the family enough space for living and business activities. The first floor is design mainly as the parents´ bedroom and the guests’ rooms. The second floor is designed as the zone for children. The underground is divided into the living area and technical facilities. The main living space is connected to the terrace, which opens the view of the green space and the Šárecké stream.
